In my late 40s my physical issues started to really affect my life. Since I was a young adult I always exercised in aerobics classes, I thought I was healthy because I was not over weight. My doctors told me I needed to do more about my bone density, my digestive system, brain and my strength. I tried a number of different options and eventually went to my sons trainer. My son had been working with Jared to improve his tennis skills and he is self-esteem. After training with Jared for a couple of months I decided everyone in my family needed this. Today Jared has worked with my two daughters both my sons, my husband my sisters and many of my friends. I often gift coaching from him to those I love. And while I do not eat every vegetable he recommends or stay away from every food he points out still he has changed my family‘s life forever.

I’ve been training with Kendra 1-2 times per week for 1.5 years. I always look forward to my sessions with Kendra because these things will happen: I will leave more energized and happy than I arrived, I will certainly be sore afterwards, I will have fun, and I will learn something.
