Ade Agiri
NASM CES, ACE CPT, PN1
I have a HUGE passion for fitness as it was a crucial tool for me to cope with losing my father at 15 years old and overcoming other hardships that have come my way throughout my lift. I know my purpose in life is to help others on their journey to reach their full potential. There is nothing I love more than watching my clients confidence in themselves grow as they achieve goals they previously believed to be out of reach. This confidence more often than not trickles out into other areas of their lives. Coaching has been my way of combining my passion and purpose. I am a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist and nutrition coach through ACE, NASM and Precision Nutrition respectively.

Christopher McGee can help you navigate through all the fad diets and cleverly worded workout programs to move forward with your health and fitness goals with confidence. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science, an Amerian College of Sports Medicine certification as a personal trainer, a Schole Yoga instructor certification, a professional Boxing license, and over a decade of exercise instruction experience.
